Products purpose:
Sante muffle furnaces are applied in colleges, universities and research institutions to process the sintering of metal and ceramic material, heat treatment of some monocrystal, research of refractory material shrinkage reheated under high temperature, and used for small batch production.
Main features:
1. Furnace chamber material use vacuum formed Al2O3 ceramic fiber materials, no powder pull off under high temperature, small heat capacity, and energy saving more than 50%.
2. Dual-layer housing structure, lower temperature in external environment.
3. Microcomputer PID control module enables precise temperature control and constant temperature requirement.
4. Temperature control with 2 groups/16 segments programmable.
5. With over-temperature alarm and protective action of stopping heating.

1. Optional large screen paperless recorder, to achieve real-time temperature curve recorded with a memory card for experimental data analysis and printing.
2. Optional installation of air intake to feed into air and inert gas. Also install an exhaust chimney connecting stainless steel bellows, so that the furnace high temperature volatile toxic gas emissions to a specified location.
Packaging & Shipping
1) Packing: from the inside to outer packaging, is foam sponge, carton, wooden case.
